Muhiz Babatunde Adisa

Muhiz Babatunde Adisa joined the The Trusted Advisors (TTA) in the year 2020 as an NYSC/Trainee Associate at the firm’s Lagos branch. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti and was called to the Nigerian bar in September 2020. He has professional certifications in corporate finance, intellectual property and mediation from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and Mediator Academy respectively. Before joining TTA, he interned with a number of firms including A.O Adetifa & Co and A.O. Okunade & Co where he had firsthand experience on the practical aspects of lawyering. He also acquired virtual internship experience with the Latham & Watkins’ M&A team which ignited his passion for corporate/ commercial law before proceeding to complete a virtual internship experience with Bright Network (UK) on commercial law practice. Muhiz has written articles on diverse areas of law including technology law, constitutional law, etc.

Muhiz is an excellence-driven individual with an insatiable enthusiasm to acquire knowledge coupled with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimum supervision. He has a burning desire to impact lives and to contribute his quota towards the attainment of the goals of any organization he finds himself and to the legal profession as a whole.
