The Investment and Securities Act (ISA) of 2025 was signed into law on March 31st, 2025, by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, repealing and replacing the Investment and Securities Act (ISA) of 2007, which was the Act previously regulating the Nigerian investment and capital market.
