The team has expertise in handling large-scale real estate transactions including those involving FDI in the real estate sector and has in the past provided advisory with respect to the township, residential schemes, and other residential and commercial real estate projects in Nigeria. The firm has advised on complicated joint development arrangements involving issues relating to sharing of interest, sharing of revenue, risk allocation, and reversionary interest among others.
We are currently working on the structuring of a joint development arrangement between an integrated real estate company and a firm of developers for the development of 200 units of a residential estate in Lagos state.

Our team has rendered services to multinational and Nigerian companies across a broad range of sectors and industries including large technology companies, technology start-ups electrical and household, telecommunications, consumer goods, defense, education, publishing, and media houses, etc. on issues pertaining to registered and unregistered IP rights including trademark, copyright, designs, domain name registration, patent, licensing, and technology transfer matters, apart from management of IP portfolios.
